Effective March 15th, Mortgage Insurance Companies have made the following guideline changes to conforming mortgages:
Max LTV 90%
417k Max Loan Amt
Minimum Fico- 720
41% Max DTI
Primary Residence only
Loan type- Purchase only
Number of Units- 1
